The annual Tenby 10K is set to return later this month, providing a fantastic spectacle for anyone visiting the Welsh town on their holidays to enjoy.

Growing in popularity every year, the 2012 instalment saw nearly 400 people taking to the starting grid for the 6.2 mile race around the town. With organisers hoping that this year's affair is the biggest and best yet, one face likely to register is Gareth Ayres, an athlete who took the winners medal at the event last year.

If you're interested in watching the show, the Tenby 10K will be taking place on Sunday July 28, with the runners setting off from the high street at 11am. While it might just be a little too late people for people to book their place on their starting grid, why not come along and support the entrants along the race route? It is just one of the countless events which you could see during your holidays in Pembrokeshire this summer.
