The standard of restaurants across Pembrokeshire has been highlighted following the release of the latest Wales Waitrose Good Food Guide, with three eateries being given the seal of approval in the acclaimed guide.

One of the restaurants awarded a place is Llys Meddyg, a Newport-based restaurant which aims to offer a fine dining masterclass to all of its customers. With seabass with nuts and spices, Preseli rump of lamb and pommes Boulanger just some of the delights on the menu, its place among the culinary elite is clearly well deserved.

Another restaurant given the seal of approval was the Druidstone Hotel in Haverfordwest, one which has kept its name in the pages of the guide for an incredible 41 years. The final name to represent the county was Cnapan, another restaurant in Newport that offers a host of succulent dishes to satisfy all tastebuds.

If you are looking forward to your cottage holidays in Pembrokeshire in the coming months, why not visit one of these establishments and treat the family to a fine culinary experience?
