With a wonderful collection of ‘newbies’ being added to our portfolio, there’s definitely something to shout about.

SO, OUR FIRST FEATURE IS…. RAINBOW LEAP

Rainbow Leap first joined Powells Cottage Holidays in the 1970s when flares were all the rage and the Ford Cortina was top of the best-selling cars in the UK. (Some of you may have to google)

The property has been subject to extensive modernisation, providing a contemporary living space which has really given this property a new lease of life

Rainbow Leaps position on The Strand in Saundersfoot is truly ideal, just a short stroll from the village centre where you will find a couple of convenience stores, a butcher shop, a bakery, a selection of family friendly pubs and an eclectic mix of shops to browse.

Parking to the front of the property gives you peace of mind, you could leave it parked up all week as all the amenities are basically on your doorstep.

Stepping foot into the lounge the first thing you notice is the spectacular sea views, the golden sandy beach and the awe-inspiring coastline.  There is a convenient ground floor bedroom with adjacent toilet and wet room providing a perfect stay for elderly parents.

The spacious kitchen provides all the latest mod cons decked out with Neff/Miele appliances. The kitchen leads into the open plan dining area and spacious lounge.  Imagine dining by candlelight in the evening sat with the family discussing the day’s events with the stunning backdrop of the super coastline and its ever-changing landscape.

Upstairs does not disappoint with the master double bedroom proudly looking out over the beach with those stunning sea views. There will definitely be a fight to bag this bedroom before anyone else does! There’s a feature port hole window in the en-suite bathroom, a quirky design which fits in with the beachfront location of this property. There is a patio door from this bedroom with access to a small area to sit outside with a cool glass of Chardonnay doing a spot of people watching and taking in the sea air.

Rainbow Leap provides Wi Fi, an essential requirement for the tech savvy teenager needing to check social medias at every opportune moment. There’s underfloor heating which opens the possibility of Winter holidays, feeling warm and toasty inside when outside its blowing a gale with the waves beating up against the property.

Rainbow Leap is an ideal family home, a place where memories are made – and a property suitable throughout the year.
