Come down to the pretty coastal village of Saundersfoot for the ‘Big Bang’ weekend, Friday 27th October and Saturday 28th October 2017.

It’s a weekend full of fun and excitement especially for the kids.  Several of the local shops including our office will decorate their shop windows with spooky displays of ghosts and witches. Businesses hide a furry bat within these Halloween displays ready for the spooky bat trail. This is where families scour the village to try to track down all the bats hidden in the windows of these shops.

There is a funfair on the harbour and there will be, not one but two firework displays, one at 6.30pm and one at 8.00pm and with the added attraction this year is that the fireworks will be set to music.

Join in with the pumpkin carving competition, previous years have seen some stunning designs and the winners of both the bat hunt and the carving competitions will be announced on the Saturday evening.

We have a fine selection of super October half term properties within Saundersfoot to suit all needs and requirements and of course you will be close to all the activities. After the weekend you will be able to enjoy the delights of Saundersfoot and the surrounding areas.  With beautiful golden sands to take invigorating walks along with the whole family, including the dog!

To keep the kids amused there are several wildlife parks and zoos to discover, Folly Farm and Annas Welsh Zoo will provide endless hours of fun.  The historical castles of Pembroke and Carew which are featuring events like ghost walks & talks, Halloween bat quests, and if you’ve had enough of all things spooky then indulge in some Autumn art.

Saundersfoot village has a plethora of places to grab a lite bite or for a sit-down meal of several courses.  There are cafes which serve numerous types of coffee and a healthy choice of calorie laden cakes for that afternoon treat!
