Description

Rose Cottage is mostly single storey, but with an attic bedroom suitable for one or two children, in a group of similar cottages converted from stone farm buildings in a landscaped courtyard setting 2 miles from Haverfordwest and 5 miles from the beautiful beaches at Broad Haven and Little Haven. This lovely cottage has been refurbished, retaining beams and other interesting features, and furnished in smart, contemporary style.

GROUND FLOOR

Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area: A fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, comfortable sitting room with Freeview TV and electric fire, and a dining area with table and six chairs; WiFi access.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, small TV/DVD player, hairdryer 

En-suite shower room: shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, small TV/DVD player, hairdryer 

En-suite: Short bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR

Open attic bedroom: Single bed and optional pull-out single, low headroom. The room is suitable for one or two children, who will need access to en suite facilities of the double bedrooms.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: Private parking

Garden/Patio: Patio area with garden furniture, shared lawn and toddlers' play area.

Heating: Electricity and heating included

Notes: Maximum of 4 adults, bed linen and towels provided, high chair available by arrangement. The group of cottages share a utility area with tumble dryer. No smoking inside please.

Area: This is an excellent, central location for touring Pembrokeshire, with St David's 16 miles and Tenby 20 miles. There are many sandy beaches in the area, some offering surfing and windsurfing facilities, and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path provides good walking opportunities.

Fantastic property exactly as advertised on the website. We stayed for a month at this property and were pleasantly surprised to find that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need including lots of handy utensils etc, it really was a home from home. The property was warm and cosy, perfect for those autumn nights. It is centrally located and only a short drive from the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast.

Another fantastic holiday in Palmerston Cottages - our second time here in Rose. We were quite lucky with the weather, only a few drizzly days. Explored Milford Haven & Dale. Revisited our favourites - Broad Haven beach and Heatherton adventure. Thank you for a lovely welcome as always, including your lovely dog at the door! Cottage was so clean and homely, and the welcome tray was perfect (especially the biscuits) I'm sure we will be back for visit number 7!

Friends invited us to stay at Rose Cottage with them, what a lovely place, from when you turn in the drive you feel relaxed and so quiet! The cottage has everything you need for a quality vacation, from the comfy beds to sitting outside in the lovely gardens having a glass of wine. I can see why our friends come back year after year after year. We went to Barafundle and what a lovely place to enjoy the sun and the beach was lovely. We would recommend coming here for a treat, peaceful time with friends or without. Diane and Peter, you really have got it just right.
