This charming 200 year old detached cottage is set on a wooded hillside on the outskirts of the quaint village of Little Haven and only about 800 yards away from the beach, 7 miles west of Haverfordwest. Within easy reach of many visitor attractions in Pembrokeshire

Lounge/Diner: Dining table with 6 chairs, open fire (fuel purchased locally), 42" Freeview TV and DVD. The property also has use of WiFi.

Bathroom: Bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.
Pets: Two well behaved pets at no extra charge.
Parking: Private parking.
Garden/Patio: The cottage has a beautiful private garden with a patio outside the door and views over the wooded valley. The garden is spread over different levels with shrubs, trees, small lawned areas, barbecue and garden furniture.
Heating: Electricity and heating included.

Area: Situated on the outskirts of the village of Little Haven, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path is only 100 yards away. Pubs (some serving food), cafes, restaurants, shops in the village. Boat launching and diving from the beach (two local diving centres). Little Haven has been designated as a conservation area by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority. At low tide, walk to the neighbouring village of Broad Haven with its long sandy beach popular for bathing, surfing and windsurfing. Cinemas, theatres and leisure centres with swimming pools in nearby Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.
