Description

This spacious, attractive old stone cottage adjoins the owner's farmhouse on their working farm (dairy, beef and sheep). Located on the edge of the Preseli Hills in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, 3 miles from Newport and overlooking the author Brian John's 'Angel Mountain'.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen/Diner: Small freezer, washing machine, table and six chairs, and door out to the garden.

Lounge: Beamed ceiling, open fire (initial supply of logs provided) and electric fire, Digital TV and DVD player.

Shower room: Shower, toilet and wash basin.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed

Bathroom: Bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

Garden/Patio: The cottage has an enclosed paved area to the front. The rear garden has a few steps up to the patio and a large lawned area, picnic table and garden furniture. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside and hills.

Heating: Storage heaters and electric convectors.Electricity and heating included.

Notes: Bed linen provided; towels available @ £2 per person per week. Cot and high chair available. No smoking inside please.

Area: Only 3-4 miles to the North Pembrokeshire coast with a sandy beach, coast path, boating, horse riding, golf at Newport. 0.5 mile to the start of the Gwaun Valley with river and forest walks. Range of watersports at Goodwick, 12 miles.
