Reviews

We would definitely stay at Dewi Emrys again. Location is excellent, apartment very clean . The view is second to none , fantastic!!!

Miss D,

Bed pillows in double room very poor and uncomfortable. Iron board needs replacing. Key safe near on impossible to open Balcony out of use which was very disappointing as main reason for booking property. Knives in kitchen need sharpening or replacing. Awkward uncomfortable dining chairs. Shower pressure in both showers very poor Parking situation made check in and out stressful. Tea and coffee would have been a nice touch. Curtain pole in twin room fell down when drawing curtains first day.

Mrs Laura M,

The location of the apartment was excellent and the overall standard of the accommodation was fairly good. However there were some specific disappointments which meant this was not up to the standard of other places we’ve stayed: The balcony was unsafe to use The shower in the second bathroom kept throwing up filth from the drain which made it unusable. We have a photo of this if it can be followed up. The information sheet had incorrect information about the Wi-Fi No orange recycling bags provided Unable to control the heating in the kitchen so it became unbearably hot Pretty poor not to have towels provided especially as we were travelling by public transport. We’ve booked with Original Cottages many times and the standard has been excellent. This wasn’t!

Mrs Deborah B,

We looked forward to using the balcony and our property, but sadly couldn't The plug in the bathroom sink didn't fit.
