Fishguard and Cardigan

Fishguard is a wonderful place to stay nestled between the Preseli hills and the coast. You are never far from a golden beach or a forest walk with the Gwaun valley and the ancient oak woodlands at Pengelli close by. St Davids and St Brides Bay are also within driving distance for days out.

One of the best places in Pembrokeshire for Seal and Dolphin watching is Strumble Head which you can walk to from Fishguard. Fishguard hosts two music festivals, the Fishguard International Music Festival and AberJazz a Jazz and Blues festival and the Town Hall is home to the famous The Last Invasion Embroidered Tapestry.

Cardigan is at the very north of Pembrokeshire and has some of the most stunning beaches of all. This lovely Market town is another great place to base yourself in for a holiday. With some amazing restaurants and quirky shops to visit you have everything you need on your doorstep for a fabulous holiday in Pembrokeshire.
