Tenby is one of Pembrokeshire’s most popular locations, and rightly so. With its quaint pastel coloured houses, four beautiful golden sandy beaches and great access to some of the most idyllic areas in the region, Tenby is the natural choice for anyone visiting this beautiful part of Wales.

It is no surprise that it makes such a great holiday destination and we have lots of Tenby cottages for all of our guests to choose from.

Tenby Holidays

Cobbled streets and 13th century medieval town walls characterise Tenby town centre, with the streets off limits to cars in the summer months, adding to the picturesque appearance and calming atmosphere associated with Pembrokeshire cottage holidays. The pedestrianisation of Tenby allows the pubs, restaurants and cafes to spill out onto the main road with a real cafe culture feel. Set in a hilltop position, many of our Tenby cottages have beautiful sea views, which look out across the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastline, providing a breath of fresh air for those that stay in them.

When staying in cottages in Tenby there will be so much to do right on your doorstep. One day you could be strolling along the narrow streets and sampling local food in one of Tenby’s cafes, the next you could spend a day swimming at the beach and stop in a local pub for a drink in the evening. Leading down to the harbour you will pass many places to eat and buy refreshments.  The Hope & Anchor is a popular spot to sit outside with a long cold drink in the Summer sun. For a snack or ice cream visit the quirky Stowaway Coffee Co. set in penniless Cove leading down to the harbour beach. For a tasty freshly cooked pizza - Top Joes is a great choice in Upper Frog Street.  If your looking for a great evening meal whilst on your holiday then The Salt Cellar on the lower floor of the Atlantic hotel is worth a visit. Also worth a mention is The Moorings, The Qube, The Cove and The Fat Seagull.

Why not pop along to the Tudor Merchants House for a little taste of history? There is plenty to do in Tenby and its immediate area, to keep all ages and tastes occupied.

There are also plenty of great events to enjoy in Tenby, such as the IRONMAN Wales event, which is hosted by the town’s very own North Beach and sees athletes come from all over the world to compete. Now voted as one of the best race venues having a great atmosphere and amazing support from its spectators.
