Holidays create time and energy to get out and about in and around the county.  Visiting attractions, sun bathing on the beach and generally doing what you want to do!

One of the clear advantages of booking a self-catering holiday is the freedom to eat out whenever you choose.  You can decide on a convenient meal of fish and chips sat on a picturesque harbour watching the world go by, to an indulgent three course A La Carte meal in ambient surroundings. You have all the facilities to cook within your accommodation, but after all, it is your holiday and going out to eat at a restaurant can be a delightful part of your stay.

We would like to introduce to you 'Coast', set within a modern cedar clad glass contemporary construction, metres from the sandy shores of Coppet Hall.  From the large glass windows, there is a panoramic vision of sand, sea, and idyllic coastline.  There is an external terraced area to sit and dine alfresco style enjoying the Summer sunshine as it gently sets, the warmth of a blanket is provided for the brave on cooler evenings.

Now in their third year, with renown chef Will Holland and wife Kamila who is the Restaurant Manager, together with their team of attentive staff, they provide a seamless service in making your dining experience a memorable one.

This stylish relaxed restaurant prides itself on fresh local produce whenever possible, from freshly caught fish, locally farmed meat, seasonal fruit and vegetables with homegrown herbs to enhance the culinary delights on offer.

There is a collection of mouth-watering menus to choose from, Wills menu, Market menu, Tasting menu, Vegetarian menu, and a menu for Little people.  There’s a great choice with lots of dishes to tempt everyone’s taste buds and all viewable online.

Compliment these tasty dishes with a refreshing bottle of wine to share, with choice from an extensive list  - and make sure you opt for a pre dinner cocktail!

Below the restaurant are public areas which is where you will find the toilet facilities, please note that these are shared by a café and beachgoers. Parking is in the privately-owned car park which is pay and display till 6pm, free thereafter and access into the restaurant is via steps, although there is a lift for disabled clientele.

Coast is a great dining experience and will certainly enhance your stay in Pembrokeshire.
