Lovely semi-detached cottage set in the heart of Saundersfoot village, just 250 yards walk to the beach, harbour, shops, and restaurants. A traditional pet friendly cottage with a large kitchen diner ideal for family meals.  An added benefit is the parking. A self catering property with lots of charm and character.

Kitchen/Diner:  Range cooker with gas hobs (x5) and hot plate, electric double oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, farmhouse table and chairs, DAB Radio. 

Utility Room:  Freezer and washer/dryer condenser. 

Cloakroom: Toilet and washbasin. 

 

FIRST FLOOR 

 

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom king sized bed, sea glimpses access to bathroom. 

Family Bathroom: Bath, shower over, toilet and washbasin. 

Dressing Room: Wardrobes, storage, access to second bedroom. 

Bedroom 2: Two singles and a set of bunk beds

 

Pets: One well behaved pet welcome only.  

Parking:  Private parking area for 2 cars. 

Garden/Patio: Back door leads to sunny south facing rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. 

Heating: Central heating/electricity included. 

Short Breaks: Accepted but only in off/low season.

Location of the property exceeded our expectations. Saundersfoot had everything within easy reach and there were quite a few dining options. The whole place was very dog-friendly which made a big difference to our enjoyment.
