The bright and open property features a contemporary fitted kitchen that opens out into a spacious and comfortable living/dining area to the first floor, with a convenient second lounge area on the ground floor that acts as a great hideaway for movie nights. A welcoming double bedroom and modern shower room complete the ground floor. A private garden laid with artificial grass lies to the rear of the property, with a balcony and patio sets to the front - perfect for those morning coffees and evening drinks. 

The first thing that will catch your eye as you wander into bustling village, is the stunning stretch of golden sands, alongside its pretty harbour. Saundersfoot Beach is ideal for fishing, watersports, sandcastles or simply dipping your toes in the ocean with ice cream in hand. Saundersfoot is also home to some excellent pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops, and all highly recommended by locals and visitors alike. Take a walk around to Coppet Hall beach at low tide and then through to old mining tunnels to Wisemans Bridge's seafront pub for a delicious meal or rent a paddle board and enjoy the scenic coastline from the sea. Easily accessed from the village, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is a popular route into the hustle and bustle of Tenby's vibrant walled town (4.5mi), where you can explore the colourful streets lined with shops and eateries, stroll along one of three stunning beaches, or take a boat trip out to spot local wildlife, as well as numerous other activities.

The property is ideally located for easy access to the beach, restaurants, pubs and shops. Private parking is also a bonus for a town centre location. The property is nicely furnished and the kitchen and bathroom first class. We really enjoyed our stay and even got to sit on the balcony in the sunshine despite it being mid March.
