Description

Tenby is a delightful holiday destination that captivates visitors with its stunning coastal beauty, rich history, and vibrant atmosphere. Located in Pembrokeshire, Wales, this charming town offers a perfect blend of sandy beaches, picturesque landscapes, and a wealth of cultural and recreational activities. Head inside the iconic town walls and enjoy the plethora of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants or book a boat trip from it's famous harbour out to Caldey Island. This wonderfully modernised traditional terrace has embraced 'upside down' living to make the very most of the fantastic sea views out over Tenby's South Beach and Caldey Island.

Cahbloots has been furnished to a high standard, and as you enter the property, you will find three well-appointed bedrooms on the ground floor. There is a king-size room with an en suite shower room, a super-king-size, which can be made up as a twin room if required, and an additional twin room. All rooms are spacious, light and airy, and have been decorated in cool and calm nautical tones. The perfect space for relaxation, you will feel right at home in this gorgeous space. Completing the ground floor is the contemporary family bathroom. Head upstairs to the open-plan first floor into the large lounge and diner, where you will be blown away with the stunning views across the sea to Caldey Island. There are two large comfortable sofas centred around the wall-mounted Smart TV and gorgeous views out towards the sea.

An additional recliner has been provided to make the most of these views, curl up and enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset over the sea, or steal away some quiet time with a book in hand. The large dining table is at the rear of the room and is an ideal space to enjoy meals together or a games night. The beautiful modern kitchen leads on from the lounge/diner, just down a couple of steps. It has been cleverly designed to make the most of the space and provides all the necessities to prepare a meal during your stay. There's also a convenient breakfast bar for meals on the go. Completing the first floor is an additional WC just off from the kitchen. This very well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm.

Externally, there is a courtyard patio with an outdoor table, chairs and bench. There is a large light garage to the rear for parking, big enough to cater for one medium sized car. This in itself is a super rare find in Tenby, Cahbloots really does have it all. The garage also houses the utility area, and there is plenty of room to store bodyboards, wetsuits, bikes, and anything that you desire. This pet friendly property makes for the perfect base for exploring all that Tenby and surrounding areas have to offer.

Reviews

Lovely holiday rental, highly recommend it. Great location.

Mr C,

Fantastic property, great idea to have lounge area upstairs with great views of the sea.

Mr H,

Fabulous location, beautifully equipped and views to die for

Mr R,

Cant find a down side to this property at all. Its a well thought out property. The view out to sea is brilliant. I would say that it is the best property I have ever stayed in.

Mrs M,

We can thoroughly recommend Cahbloots! - the location is unbeatable and the design of the cottage so that the sitting room/kitchen are upstairs gave views to die for. It really is a top notch location - especially for south beach dog walks! Light and airy, very well presented, beds super comfortable - no complaints. Thoughtful touches such as a pair of binoculars on the windowsill looking towards Caldey Island. Will strongly consider re-booking.

Dr B,

This is a great house in a super location. The views out to sea from the lounge were a real bonus. We had everything we needed including really comfy beds. Walking distance to the beaches, town and small supermarket.

Mrs C,

Ok for our needs

Mr W,

Cahbloots is a lovely terraced house just outside the town (5 to 10 minute walk). It is in a very quiet road and you can walk into town 2 different ways. The house has lovely views from the lounge/diner which was on the first floor along with the kitchen. The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and has everything in the house that you could possibly need. The washing machine is required was in the garage. All 3 bedrooms were on the ground floor with very comfortable beds and nice furniture. Both bathrooms were newly fitted out. There is also a 3rd WC on the first floor. In town there are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes to eat/drink at. The 3 beaches were all amazing especially the one nearest to the house which was huge. They are all sandy beaches.

Mrs M,

Great house in a brilliant location with a lovely sea view. All the beds were very comfy and the house was very well equipped. The house was spotless and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs M,

Clean and roomy house. Comfortable seating and beds Location is good; quiet too. Needs a hairdryer to be available Replacement bin liners Remote replacement batteries would be good

Mrs W,

Great holiday let, amazing location and good comfortable accommodation. We parked just round the corner as neither of our cars would fit in garage (both estates), luckily this was free as not busy time of year. Paid parking close by didn’t seem overly expensive for long term stays.

Mrs F,

We had a wonderful stay at Cahbloots. The property was beautifully clean, the beds and sofas were super comfy and the kitchen was better equipped than my own! My boys loved the novelty of the house being upside down (bedrooms downstairs, lounge upstairs), being able to chill out and take in the views of South Beach with the lovely touch of some binoculars to see that bit further. Parking in Tenby is challenging so the use of a garage was a huge plus, it meant we could explore further afield and not worry about where to park on our return. Having been to Tenby many a time, this has been the best property in the best location. Being so close to South Beach really worked for us and only short walk to the town centre, meant were slightly out of the hustle and bustle.

Mrs B,

This is a lovely place to stay. The upside down layout works so well to maximise views of the sea and the location is fantastic. It’s spacious and well equipped. A great holiday cottage!
