Reviews

Lovely place to stop did not want to go home ,views amazing , warm and clean , so peaceful .

Mrs M,

Overall, we had a wonderful time in Tenby and did fully appreciate the wonderful flat, its excellent location and the owner's thoughtfulness regarding the property and its amenities. The views from the front windows were breathtaking. The flat is a short walk from the shops but couldn't be any closer to the beautiful beaches. Please pass on our appreciation to the owners. THANK YOU for a wonderful & relaxing holiday.

Mrs C,

Our second visit and we think it is a very relaxing property, very warm and access to shops around the corner and easy distance to the other many places of interest. Hope we are able to visit again.

Mrs Margaret S,

Amazing place sea views the best

Mr David S,

The property was amazing. The best we have stayed in . The communication with Powells was very good with messages and texts however my car number plate was taken down by a lady on the phone. When details can through of parking permit I changed my number plate. One letter was wrong. I was really worried that I would get a ticket so I put the permit and a written note to the parking attendant as to why the permit was wrong. I did ring powells and the lady agreed it had been taken down wrong and she could see I had updated it on the website link. She said she would ring the tenby council and explain the situation and get back to me. She never did. No phone call no message. Not great service if you have a problem! Otherwise everything was good

Mrs Elizabeth B,

Excellent apartment very comfortable good sea views Close to beach access

Mrs Margaret S,

Location

This property is situated on The Paragon, overlooking the stunning Castle beach with views of St Catherines Island and Caldey Island.  The main town centre offers a range of shops to browse and purchase souvenirs.  There are a selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes for refreshments.

There are four beaches to choose from where you can try surfing, go on a jet safari or simply hire a deck chair to relax in.  The RNLI lifeboat station welcomes visitors to have a look around, there is Tenby museum and the National Trust Tudor Merchants House.  There is a horse and cart in Tudor Square in Tenby which will take you on a carriage tour of the town.

There is an indoor climbing centre just on the entrance to the Castle beach and there are boat trips around the coast and to Caldey Island which go from the harbour  - weather permitting.  Caldey Island is the home of the Cistercian Monks and produce perfume and chocolates - its about a 20 minutes boat ride.

A short car journey will take you to Saundersfoot, a pretty coastal village again with great beaches and lots of alfresco places for a bite to eat and a drink.  Pembrokeshire has over 50 beaches many with the coveted blue flag award.

Folly Farm is super for the whole family to enjoy with lions, giraffes, meerkats, penguins and lots more.  There is also an indoor play centre, an indoor Victorian fairground, daily shows and you may even be able to assist in the feeding of the animals.

Heatherton World of Activities, is unique as you pay to play, so there is no admissions fee.  There are bumper boats, archery, water zorbing, crazy golf, go-karting and lots more to take part in. Kids from all age ranges, toddlers to teens, will certainly have lots of fun here!

Battlefield live provides a fun outdoor activity, a leading combat laser venue where the whole family can be involved! Run and hide with the rest of your team, within the woods - it may get muddy so be warned!

Just over a 10 mile drive is Oakwood an exciting theme park with roller coasters and water rides for all those thrill seekers. Bluestone Blue Lagoon is just down the road from Oakwood and is a great indoor venue with wave maker, water slides and lazy river!
