Reviews

Great views.

Mrs Laraine J,

Wonderful holiday cottage, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with spectacular views

Mr L,

we were very pleased with the property. plenty of equipment in the kitchen so you can actually cook and do self catering. Owners left some convenience items to get us started (tea, coffee, biscuits) . It was clean and comfortable, pictures were accurate so no nasty surprises. Village was great, 3 pubs to eat in, beach a short walk away. would come back if we are in the area again

Mr T,

Location and cleanliness 110% the cleanest of any self catering property we have rented over the years.

Mrs Sheila G,

Location

Situated just one and a quarter miles to the west of Tenby the pretty hillside village of Penally overlooks Golf links, with the beach accessed by a footpath which crosses the railway lane. The village boasts a 13th century church of St Nicholas & St Teilo, originally called St Nicholas' but changed to St Nicholas and St Teilo at the end of the 19th century when it was found that Penally was birthplace of St Teilo, a Christian leader in the 6th century. A well stocked shop and 2 public houses, The Cross and The Paddock Inn which both serve good food also The Overlander restaurant. The Pembrokeshire footpath for walkers can be joined less than 10 minutes walk from the property. On the periphery of the village Ritec Valley Quad Bikes offer some family fun with Trail riding and Arrive and Drive. The village is also home to Hoyles Mouth Cave where paleolithic people once lived and artifacts from those times can be found at Tenby Museum.
